Delivered to me used- with hair and white stuff on it!
1My friend got this and loved it. Decided to order straight from the distributor instead of going through Sephora. Delivered to me used with hair on it and white stuff. Called to get a return slip for exchange and was told to send in photos of the hair before they would send me a return slip for exchange. So now I wont have a response from customer service till Monday, before I can even send order back. Extremely annoying!! Last time I purchase anything from them!

Perfect at home blowout
5Ok ladies, this brush is legit. It is perfect for an at home blowout look. All I have are pros: easy to use and control by yourself, light airy wavy curls in a timely fashion, no burning/singeing/scorching of hair, really quite effortless to create a blowout look if you're not a pro. It is definitely second day hair approved! :)

4I really love this tool!! I was able to give my client a fresh blowout look on 2 day old hair. I just wish it had better setting options and a slightly better grip on the handle.

Disappointed
1I purchased this item at Sephora. For no reason whatsoever, every single one of the bristles on the brush fell off, and the item no longer works. It is rather pricy to have this happen. If you check the online reviews at Sephora, this has happened to other customers, too. It is unpredictable on whether this will happen to you or not.

5This heated brush is so easy to use and produces the prettiest, easy curls. Can do curls and pin like in the Amika how to video or can do loose in all directions and truly have a blowout effect. Great for second day hair too!! Love it so much!
