1. Start with completely dry hair and brush through to ensure your hair is tangle-free and ready for styling.
2. Always use protection before using hot tools on your hair. We recommend spraying the shield anti-humidity spray on to dry hair to help extend the life of your curls. 3. Divide your hair into manageable sections for curling using hair clips. We recommend separating the hair into three sections for thicker locks and two sections for finer hair.

5. Choose the right temperature depending on your hair type:
• Fine or damaged hair: up to 180°C/ 356°F
• Medium, healthy hair: up to 202°C/ 395°F
• Coarse or thick hair: up to 232°C/ 450°F.
6. Sub-divide the sections of your hair and start curling from the front, beginning from the bottom section of your hair. Point the tip of the curling iron down and wrap your hair around the barrel, making sure the hair is lying flat on all sides. Hold until it’s fully heated up and release.
PSA: If you want to create big bouncy curls, pin curl your hair by rolling the curl up into a circle and clipping it at the roots. Let it set for 10 minutes before releasing the curls.
