Works well! but time consuming
4In the winter time I suffer from a dry scalp, and usually experience flakes after I wash my hair. This product does really well with eliminating flakes. I usually section my hair and exfoliate my scalp with a teasing brush,and then use the scalp cleansing oil on the sections. My hair is kind of thick and I do feel like I have to use a lot of product to get the results and foam consistency, which is the downfall as it can be time consuming. To get the desired foam consistency can be tricky too...you need just the right amount of water to work into your scalp and lather. I usually do this at my sink first because I can control the water better. I work it into my hair and leave it on for about 5 mins and then rinse in the shower, following up with shampoo and conditioner. My hair comes out flake free, has tons of volume and shine, and is super soft! Took some trial and error, but I do love this product!

5I’ve seen a decrease in my dandruff. It has a minty feel when applied to the scalp. I will be trying more products from Amika.

Buildup Buster!
5I’m really enjoying this product! It lifts buildup and dandruff nicely so that my shampoo and conditioner can get deeper into my scalp & hair . Has a slight menthol kick to it that is very soothing to the senses also. Will be keeping a bottle in my cabinet at all times!

Feels Good and Smells Amazing
5I always get build up on my scalp in the winter from using moisturizing products. This deep cleans my scalp and makes it smell amazing! Worth every penny.

5I wash my hair 1-2 times a week and needed something to really cleanse it on Sunday nights to get all of the week's product, environment, and dry shampoo out of it. This does the trick, leaving my scalp feeling so clean and my hair silky soft. I look forward to using it when my hair needs a refresh, and it's safe on my color treated hair. Highly recommend!
