Loved it ! Hair was very dry from lightening did this and the overnight treatment and it hydrated it for sure compared to what it was the day before. My hair is thin very lightweight fragile it's only thicke when I leave it alone and don't put dyes in it but I never used the product when my hair was in that state so for thicker hair I can not say but the state my hair is in now it definitely hydrated it.

This is BEST hair mask I have ever tried and I have tried sooo many hair masks!! I have thick and coarse asian hair, so this might not be for those with thinner or fine hair. But this mask is oh so conditioning and leaves my hair silky soft! I don't have to use styling products after the shower if I didn't want to (I still do).

I've only just started using this product, so I can't speak to how well it helps strengthen the hair and avoid breakage, but I can definitely attest to its hydrating and softening properties. Even with air drying, my hair is noticeably softer and has almost no frizz , and - yay! - without silicones. I'm impressed so far!
