Perfect summer hair!
5Honestly my hair has never managed to hold a curl or keep any kind of fun style... I was skeptical of this tool but wanted to give it a try as it came recommended on Byrdie. Definitely works and got tons of compliments at a friends party!!

Great waver, worth the money
5I love this waver. It heats up almost instantly and creates beautiful beach waves. It is also super light so my arm doesnt get tired. So glad I didn't go for a less quality cheaper one.

Great Tool
4I don't typically leave reviews, but in my own research into this tool there wasn't much info available, and thought this could possibly help someone. I have waited some time to review in order to get some more experience at using it. I am not the best at doing hair in general! Overall, I like it and feel like it is pretty easy to use. It is a bit big and bulky, but that makes it work well. It takes up a rather large space in storage. In terms of performance, I have fine hair that can be wavy in sections. I am usually able to get away with just doing the top sections because my hair is shoulder length and wavy on the bottom layers. It is also easy to curl and holds curl well. I have been using this tool at 130 degrees Celsius / 270 degrees Fahrenheit. I use living proof volumizing spray at the roots, and drybar hot toddy heat protectant spray on my full head before using the iron. Occasionally I will also use a texture spray first, but haven't found the one I really like yet. Other reviews and tutorials I found claim their style holds for days, but if you use a lower heat with minimal product like I do, your hair probably won't hold that long. Even when I iron all of my layers the style holds for just the day. I love the volume the tool produces! I can even get away with air drying the night before styling (with living proof leave-in), which I haven't been able to accomplish with a traditional curling iron. I found it is very hard to avoid crimp creases near the root (and I do not go all the way up to the root). I have held the iron at different angles, and haven't quite figured out yet what works best for my hair. I have a miniature flat iron that I will use to try to smooth out any creases near the root. Sometimes I have a couple spots, other times I can get it done flawlessly. Overall, I would recommend this tool if you are looking for something to create waves.

Fun tool, but needs getting used to
5I've gotten some really great and fun results with this tool, and also some not so great ones. My hair's thick and long so it definitely takes me a while, but with patience comes a super fun, bouncy and beachy look
