Only Lasted 4 Months
3It pains me to write a negative review as I LOVE this product. It has been truly a game changer. I can get almost salon quality results at home. However, after only 4 months of use a few times a week, it has stopped working. Lights turn on but no air blows out. From reading the reviews, this looks to be a major manufacturer defect and a common experience for users. I also wish there was a tool they could create to help clean out the bristles. it's hard to pull all the hair out of the barrel by hand if you have longer hair. I really hope they fix the longevity issue with this product because it has the potential to be great.

Constantly dies
1I had my brush for at most 6 months and it died. I contacted amika and they were more than happy to replace it. The 2nd one broke too and they want me to pay for a warranty for their faulty product. i'm really disappointed in this company. I buy all kinds of products from here but will have to find a substitute from somewhere else because I should not have to pay for something that constantly breaks

3I absolutely love my blow dryer brush, only product of this type that worked for me. Loved it even more than my dyson hair tools. Sadly it gave out after just 7 months, when it turned off while I was styling my hair. I purchased it in December 2021 and it lasted til July 2022. I had the original version but it seems like the issue is ongoing with this newer model based on reviews here and the Sephora site. Time to go back to the drawing board and check out other brands.

Stopped working after 5 months.
1The brush stopped working after 5 months. I tried to do an online return and their website is absolutly HORRIBLE! You would think customer service would be better!!

Stopped Working
3I purchased mine in store at Sephora. I absolutely LOVE this as I am so challenged at blow drying my hair the traditional way. It makes salon blow outs so simple to do at home. My only issue, after 6 months it has stopped working. The lights turn on but it doesn't blow air at all anymore. Very disappointing as I would expect the price to be much lower if this is meant to be purchased multiple times every couple years in order for it to keep working for me.

Broke!
1I bought this directly from my stylist. I did not keep the box. After 4 months, in the middle of drying my hair, it stopped working. Very frustrating!

This is the best hair
5This is the best hair tool i have used! it doesn't get my hair caught like most others! it leaves my hair feeling so soft & smooth! i definitely recommend this brush.

Broke after few months of use
1Loved it in beginning and used it few times weekly. Stopped working. Trying to get my salon to replace as they sold it to me. Will see if they're willing to stand by my purchase.

Rips out hair
1Hair easily gets caught between the top of the brush and the end cap, and the only way to get it free is to cut it, rip it, or stretch it. Even just one use damaged my hair with this design flaw alone. Should have listened to other reviewers.

Use to love it
1I absolutely loved my hair tool in the beginning. Then it stopped working not when i've only had it not even a full year. I submitted a warranty and they super efficient and have great customer service and sent me a new one. After a couple months the new one they sent stopped working again!
