5This is a nice curl gel and I use it over the bread curl cream to do finger twists. It has a great amount of slip but still works with my hair well. It's not super crunchy when used with the curl cream. 5 stars because the wonderful Amika smell is unbeatable

GIRRRLLLLLS, THIS ENHANCING GEL IS IT!!
5Y'all, I started growing out my hair in March, from bald to TWA (teeny weeny Afro). The leave in conditioner was my gate way drug into this brand. I had been using As I Am Curling Jelly and y'all that ain't nothing, nothing compared to to this gel. When applying I have slip, I can use my hands to activate my short curls. It smells good. Best of all I don't have a weird grey cast to my hair as it drys. This also leaves my hair damp well into the day to enable my hair to absorb the great products I'm using. I'm nervous because I've upgraded my lifestyle with this gel, but she's impecable. Some girlies get their nails done, I'm buying Amika.
