It think it does a great job with heat protectant and helps with my flyaways however it is pretty heavy for my thin hair.

Unfortunately, my hair was heat damaged. I'm putting it on my hair when it's damp, taking extra precautions to protect it from being further damaged by my hair dryer (can't let it dry naturally in cold WI), and I feel like it is protecting it. Or, at least the damage isn't getting worse! My stylist also recommended putting some on the most damaged areas after my hair is dried.
