- massage a quarter-sized amount of hydro rush intense moisture shampoo into your hands, then lather through fully wet hair, focusing on the roots. rinse.
- double cleanse. the first time to cleanse, and the second time to reap all the benefits this shampoo has to offer. fully rinse out.
- squeeze excess water out of hair before applying hydro rush intense moisture conditioner from mid-lengths to ends. use comb to detangle and evenly disperse product. let sit for 2-3 minutes. rinse.
- finish shower off with cool water to seal in moisture and close the cuticle.
- towel dry hair, then spray leave-in conditioner throughout hair.
- pump one to four pumps of dream routine overnight hydrating mask into hands depending on hair length and thickness. for fine or thin hair, use one to two pumps. for medium or shoulder length hair, use two to three pumps. for thick or curly hair, use three to four pumps.
- apply to dry or damp hair before bedtime.

After spending so much on hair products I finally found a brand I absolutely love! A brand who actually does what it says! I have very dry hair and nothing moisturizes it like Amika! Perfect for salt and pepper
Trying to tame the grays without weighing your hair down is a tall order. Hydro boost delivers. I use the shampoo and conditioner with smooth over and I get so many compliments on my hair. once a week I use the blonde brass fighter. This helps make the grays and whites very silver and the darks very rich. I've been trying to grow out my hair and until now have been unsuccessful because my wiry grays were just too unruly and frizzy. Thank you, Amica.
