Good stuff!
5I have fine hair, so I used this after washing and did not use conditioner. Although my hair wasn't *quite* as soft as usual, it definitely had more shine. Furthermore, my short/medium-length hair usually flips outward when I walk outside in the Texas humidity (ANNOYING), and when I used the Shine product, my hair was smoother and did less of the outward flip. I would call that a huge win. I received this product as a gift, but I see myself purchasing it again!

Obsessed with this products
5I am a stickler when it comes to hair masks. I kid you not I’m on day 4 since using this mask and my hair is still shiny (in a good way) and so so soft. I am obsessed with this!

Weight-Free Frizz-Control & Shine
5I’ve got fine hair texture but tons of it- so I deal with the top part of my hair frizzing and the rest feeling heavy. Love this mask for how it didn’t weigh down my hair but smoothed my frizz... and the shine! Oh my gosh! My hair looks amaaazing.

5gifted this mask. It is absolutely AMAZING! I've never had such soft, shinny, healthy feeling hair. I have super oily hair and wash every 5-7 days. Using this product didn't cause my hair to be more oily than normal, which I was nervous about.

LOVE IT... but need to work out some kinks.
4I received this product as a gift from amika to review and used it after not washing my hair for 4 days. For some perspective, I have super thick, textured, and dry hair (thanks Nebraska!). First and foremost... YA'LL this stuff smells amazing! Although all amika products smell great without being overwhelming. Now to the nitty gritty details! I shampooed AND conditioned my hair as usual prior to applying the mask, then left it on for about 2-3 minutes following the directions on the bottle (although it says 60 seconds, I kept it in a little longer). The consistency of the formula is more similar to a serum than a mask and is very slick. After washing, I towel-dried then finished with air drying since I actually had time to. Normally I use amika’s Velveteen Dream smoothing balm after towel drying to add some extra smoothness to my hair, but I opted not to this time to fully see the difference of the mask. After towel drying I instantly noticed how SOFT my hair was! It felt so nice being able to run my fingers through without any issues, and not having any additional product in my hair. However, once I started air drying, my coily hair went haywire and I swear I looked like a way less than majestic lion LOL! On the upside, my hair was still super soft after fully air drying and YES made my dry hair shiny without feeling oily! The crazy lion mane situation is the only reason I’m rating 4 stars. Going to try again with blow drying and adding the smoothing balm, but I am definitely adding this product to my regular hair routine.

Lasting shine!
5Used this in place of my conditioner and after blow drying and straightening my hair was frizz free and so shiny and smooth. I LOVE the smell too! But what I loved most was how long this lasted in my hair, I was able to go four to five days without washing and maintained the same shiny smooth, non-greasy, style! I highly recommend!

I’m a shining star y’all
5I have to admit that I was a little skeptical about how this product would work. To me it is like getting a fresh glass at the hair salon but in your bathroom instead. So if you get glosses at the hair salon save your time and money and get flash because it’s just that good. It makes your hair shiny but not greasy. The hydration that I gave you to my hair was something I definitely needed with this New York City weather.

Oh so shiny
5This mask seriously delivers on shine. My coworkers thought I got my hair done but all I used was this mask! I have long, fine, dry hair and found it worked best to use it after shampoo AND conditioner. Without conditioner, my hair tangled too easily since it’s so long. Find a routine that works best for your hair type. Your hair will be so shiny and smooth! I received this product as a free gift.
