4I have a lot of wavy, yet thin, hair that's prone to frizz unless I use tools. I like this product a lot and it adds some good texture, but my hair gets tangled easily and this spray doesn't exactly help the cause. Also, it creates some frizz. So you have to be in the mood for that type of volume. Great body though and I do use it anyway.
