I do think this does
5I do think this does a great job of refreshing my curls. My only complaint is that it's a little on the sticky side when spraying but otherwise smells and works great. It also doesn't build up in my hair so I can use it multiple days in a row before re-washing.

Give it time!
5Smells amazing (of course). I sprayed generously on 2nd day curls and scrunched as instructed - it looked kind of messy but I walked away for a few minutes and when I came back my curls had sprung back to life! Made a believer out of me.
