Disappointing
2I was so excited to try this out but after 2 months of trying it, it’s just a hair brush that rips my hair out and does not straighten it. I love Amika but would not recommend this product!

Absolutely LOVE it
5I bought this on a whim, skeptical that it would produce the results I hoped for. It does! It takes a quarter of the time to get silky smooth straight hair than if using a straightener. With a straightener, I’d have to use it directly after blow drying for good results. With this, I can go to sleep with damp hair, wake up with a mess and use this and have perfect hair for the day.

4Works okay for touch ups but don’t expect to get your hair pin straight with this. Better off getting a mini straightener

Works well but not a NEED
4I like this brush a lot. It heats up fast, isn't hot to the touch, and does the job. I have wavy hair, and it adequately straightens it rather quickly. Look, this isn't a flat iron and if you want pin straight hair it's not the right tool in my opinion. But it's definitely a great grab for when we can eventually travel again. It's very convenient.

Better than I expected!
5I bought this during a sale to try it and decide if I’d like to buy the full size brush. I have very thick, wavy and coarse hair and even this smaller straightening brush made a huge difference! After about 20 minutes my hair was significantly smoother & straighter. I ended up purchasing the full size brush as well, but I’m glad to have this mini for travel or touch ups!
