I spritz this before styling (curly and blowout) to add moisture before my other products. On curly in-between wash days I spritz to add back some moisture and reset the curls. I love the trademark Amika scent. I have color treated ~ 40% gray hair that is course textured and can get frizzy and dry. A great product, I go through it faster than I would like, but they make more :)
