Good customer service
3I received my original order and the Elixr was open with oil everywhere. I reached out to customer service and they promptly replied and sent me a replacement with zero hassle. The second one unfortunately leaked everywhere as well, leaving about 1/3 of the product in the bottle. I reached out to customer service again and they quickly gave me the option of ground shipping or a refund. I kept the rest of the product after cleaning the outside as to not be wasteful and the product is great! Smells wonderful. I am super appreciative of the great customer service and enjoy the product. The only reason it lost two stars is the packaging clearly doesn’t protect the product to keep the top twisted shut.

Love the product. Hate the packaging
3Great product But the product comes in a glass bottle and irl people drop things—> me, I’m people :rolling_eyes: Used twice and dropped the bottle and it shattered every where. Please make packaging for real life working women.
