5I was using another line of products that is created specifically for curly hair girls, but noticed after a few years of use that my hair was tangling after one day and was rough and unhealthy. My hairdresser suggested Amika and i'm so happy with the switch! My hair is softer, more defined, SMELLS AMAZING and I can go three to four days without a refresh now!

5This product is awesome. It adds shape and shine to my curls but they're still soft (not stiff). Curl corps gel is a daily staple.

Not for me
3It smells great and has nice slip, but for some reason just doesn't work with my waves/curls. I've tried it alone and with the curl defining cream and with different applications, but I still get better definition and bounce with the cream alone.

Finally!
5I have long, thick, coarse, wavy hair that has a mind of its own. it's kind of hard to control. This gel helps enhance my waves, makes them more consistent throughout my hair, helps control frizz, and doesn't leave my hair crunchy. it's nice and soft! I don't have as much breakage as I did prior to using this. I also like that I can use a small amount on second day hair to spruce up my waves. This is a huge win for me, as my skin is very sensitive and most products cause breakouts on my scalp, face, and arms. No breakouts with this! So, if you're like me and have sensitive skin, this might be safe for you as well. The only thing i'm not a huge fan of is the packaging. it's cute, but it's not conducive for controlling how much product comes out.

5The curl corp gel is no joke! I use it with a little bit of the curl corp cream, and my curls have never looked better! They stay in-tact longer, and there's no crunchy feeling from the product.
